I’m a beekeeper by profession, a philosopher and scientistby education, a writer by experience, and an artist at heart. As a landless farmer, I collaborate with various organizations and land stewards to promote pollinator advocacy and biodiversity. I am also a ceramicist and use clay and storytelling to preserve seeds, share food stories, and to help amplify the challenges of farmers in shifting climate. I have an ag-art-sci installation up in Taos, New Mexico called Hive Mind Alchemy. I’m a registered tribal member of Tortugas Pueblo (Tigua + Apache) with additional Hispanican, Carribbean, and European bloodlines.
